Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We’re closed Friday, Weekends and Federal/State holidays. Our door may be locked during posted hours but don’t worry, we’re still there. Please knock or give us a call and we’ll let you in.

    Our Approach to Care

    Pacific Coast Hospice uses the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) approach to delivering hospice and palliative care. The IDT consists of the Hospice Medical Director, Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager, Medical Social Worker, Chaplain/Spiritual Care Counselor, Hospice Aide, and Volunteer (if assigned).
