Pacific Coast Hospice is locally owned and operated in Arizona. We are privately held and are therefore not members of a parent healthcare organization, publicly traded corporation, private equity firm, or other management organization.

Pacific Coast Hospice has engaged The Joint Commission to seek accreditation for our hospice program. For programs that successfully pass a rigorous onsite survey, The Joint Commission awards The Gold Seal of Approval. The Gold Seal is a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to providing safe and effective care.

Pacific Coast Hospice has adopted the quality measures produced in part by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO). As part of our Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP), we utilize the Hospice Item Set (HIS) for tracking specific measures and outcomes pertaining to quality and safety. We also utilize the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey.

We are committed to supporting healthcare price transparency by providing you with information you need to understand the costs of care and make informed decisions.
