Inclusion Means Everyone
Diversity includes, inclusion empowers, and when we bring everybody in we can do the best work of our lives together. What you work for should reflect what you stand for. Our values are part of everything we do.
Our story began with our founding members taking a trip to the ocean and feeling a sense of calmness and relaxation. We aim to provide those same feelings of calmness and relaxation to our patients and their families. Experience is at the heart of what we do and our culture is grounded in respect and empathy. It's how we deliver high quality Hospice care for our patients and families.
Family is at the heart of Pacific Coast Hospice. We look to create a diverse workforce of talented and unique individuals with different backgrounds, skillsets and views. We support our individual team members personal and professional success through a culture that values equality, individuality and fairness and through an environment where individuals can thrive and feel comfortable being their authentic selves.
